The room, cleaning and people at the reception was incredible nice. The entire experience was amazing and we strongly recommend Bel Residence. Everything was in perfect condition, super clean and very comfortable.

Absolutely lovely hotel. First of all, hotel staff is completely lovely, to the maximum standards, completely non intrusive to you but extremely helpful. Rooms are nice size and pool and the bar are lovely. Sea is 22 steps away. Strong recommendation

Personal was very lovely and welcoming! Breakfast where we were able to order different kind of dishes that was included in price. Spa zona that you can book - it had jacuzzi and sauna. Comfortable beds that wasn't too soft. Very polished and quite big rooms comparing others. Terrace on the roof for ordering sparkling drinks or coffee. Relaxing evenings there! Rooms were very tidy and you cam feel that hotel is new. Bathroom was spectacular in it's look and design. Public transport to city centre is very close by and you don't need to call taxi. Location of the hotel was also great - it was in front of shopping mall that had many useful things to buy.

location, cozy bed, cleaned bathroom and lovely staff!! All of them were great ! and at dubrovnik and havar, hotels were so cold at night but here was so warm (moderate temperature) and I had deep sleep ! So good
