Full disclaimer: I had my room upgraded for free, but it wouldn't change my opinion (they are that good).
The room was outstanding! It's comfortable for family and large enough to host other family members to hang out.
The service is superb, from friendly customer service staffs, quick and great laundry service and most of all the breakfast is fabulous.
We love the breakfast selections, with plenty of variations and delicious menu and most importantly hygienic.
The location is also prime, with direct access to mall and plenty of restaurants.
Safe to say I will stay there again when I visit Bandung next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, spacious room with a great view. Very clean, breakfast was great and there was soy milk! Most hotels do not provide dairy alternatives. The cleaning staff are great! I was always came back to a very clean and spotless room (plus a little joke with my plushie xD )
The view from the balcony was very nice and it was really nice to be able to wake up to a clean fresh air. We actually had some problem with our pick-up taxi (from the train station to the hotel) and the staff were very helpful to assist us to solve the problem and we were able to get a free taxi from the hotel on our departure day. There’s also a free concierge service, so we didn’t have to worry about our luggages

I didn't expect to find such gems in the residential area close to the popular street in Bandung. My first impression as I entered the room was that it was cosy and felt like home! The simple and minimalist yet elegant design suits us well.
The room was quite spacious, enough to put my suitcases. Big screen smart TV and nice clean bathroom. I had a nice rest thanks to the quiet street with less traffic. The staff had very excellent customer service, they are ready anytime you need them, good job! You also get a 20% discount for dine-in in the restaurant and a welcome drink for every meal order. Overall the food is delicious. This will be my first choice if I come back to Bandung. The cat that lives in the hotel gives a nice addition to the hotel :)
