The hotel is located in North Dago, alongside the main street, although its located in the busy street area, the hotel designed to be very secluded and provide a sanctuary like environment, the flora around the hotel is very well maintained and very well placed creating a cozy cold atmosphere, The room is spacious and cozy well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is very helpfull and very attentive to our every need, while checking in, the front desk also offered to care for the kids by walking them around the hotel compound, they also entertain our kids after breakfast by bringing them to the rabbit area, fish pond and horse area. It was a spacious apartment suite. 3 bedrooms are enough for 5 family to stay. It is not two storey apartment type, so my elderly parents does not need to take stairs to their room. Room was clean and the interior is nice to take photos. View is amazing. Host was responsive, so it was convenient for us to communicate. Location wise, Paris Van Java and Ruma Mode factory outlet are around 10mins apart by car like Gojek or Grab.

Every staff is amazingly kind and professional. Easily we can find that this hotel makes their importance to equip and to maintain its facilities in well-qualified condition. I enjoyed my stay without any stress even comparing with my experience in Japan. I extended my stay twice and stayed there more than a month at the end. Location is convenient few minute's access to Dago Street and 7-8min walking distance to ITB.
