The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. No matter the time and occasion. The room was clean at all time. They organised a pick up from the airport and despite the long waiting time awaited me and even helped me getting a SIM card. Also for the foreign travelers with cash on hand: Use the money exchange in the hotel. The rate is ok and they are trust worthy. I highly recommend this hotel! Would stay there again! Thank you very much!!

It’s very good, room is comfortable and clean. We arrived from the airport very late and there wasn’t any problem for late check in. We slept 2 adults and 2 kids and beds and pillow were very comfortable. Staff was very kind, especial mention to Ira, Putra and Ayu. Thanks for everything
