Had the most relaxing time at AYANA. The facilities are amazing, restaurants are great, bar is great, pools are great, staff were great, private beach was great, everything was great. They have an app to book dinner and other activities, it has all the information of the resort. There even is a tramline that brings you from one part of the resort to another part. The staff is definitely the best of all hostels I've ever been, and I do travel a lot! Thank you August for your kindness and help! I return soon as they feel already like my family. Beds are comfy, and have individual power and light. and showers and toilets are always very clean. The kitchen is a great place to be around and breakfast is nice!

The stay was absolutely amazing. The landscape is awesome, it looks like a palace. All staff were very friendly and attentive. The bedroom is completely comfy and pleasant. The stay included breakfast and I don't regret paying for it as it was delicious and fresh, the style is buffet and you can find plenty of different options. The hotel has sic restaurants and beautiful swimming pools.

After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

This has to be one of the best properties we stayed at in Bali. The staff, ambiance, location, restaurant, just everything was perfect. We stayed 2 nights here. Volina, she was the sweetest soul and went out of her way to help us out during our stay. 10/10

We were staying there after a long trip from Ubud and going through the seaside.Below you can see the main points: - Free unexpected breakfast :D - Small but quiet and comfortable room - Bed is great - They have slippers and bathrobes - Hot and cold shower - Really big area for guests and a great swimming pool - Warung on the territory, 5 minutes or less from you room and it has cheap prices. It seems that it was fully booked, but we were lucky and haven't seen any quests first day, and only a few of them - next day.It was really quiet and comfy during the night.
