The check in was seamless and Sukma checked me in and explained everything with this Beautiful! Property. He whattapp daily to ask if he could help and Widhi his colleague helped with everything.. booking taxis etc the place is a gem and was spotless due to Dedi who was extremely efficient cleaning was spotless.

Absolutely gorgeous room - high ceilings with wooden beams, huge bed with Chinese characters on large red bed head, hanging birdcage lamps, high sided free standing bath, glass walls looking out to hanging plants highlighted by spotlights at night and a private cafe style eating area. The furniture was stylish and very romantic. Huge bathroom with his and hers vanity basins and large shower. Very friendly staff and an intimate pool area with comfy lounges. Excellent breakfast with espresso coffee. Great location close to shopping street and restaurants. Blissful stay!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for a whole week. It was a great place to start our Bali vacation in very nice surroundings and to overcome jet lag with our 2 kids. Our villa manager, Surya, was truly wonderful. Very kind and good with the kids. He was also very relaxed regarding the timing of our breakfast, like the first day with jet lag we had ordered it for 8 but ended up sleeping until 9:30, but that was no issue at all and he was very understanding. We really enjoyed getting breakfast in our villa every day and everything we tried from the menu was delicious! I will dream about waking to breakfast being served right outside for a long time. We also booked a trip to Tanah Lot Temple via Serene Villas and the trip was very enjoyable thanks to the kind driver. Can only recommend staying here!

We loved everything about this place! From the moment we entered the villa, it was magical. The pool is clean and large, the design of the garden is spectacular, and the comfort of the beds was off the charts. 4 people villa was very spacious. Special thanks to our butler Putra who made our stay very cozy and comfortable, and cooked delicious food every day. Not to mention the great cocktails and massage services. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive.

Perfect. Love this place. A little touch of paradise, staff are amazing...especially cooked breakfast at the villa, Mie Goreng to die for and the pancakes are a delight. Big room and spacious kitchen with ample living area, 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach with shops and restaurants all a short walk. Highly recommend you wont be didapointed 👌👌👌

I personally don't know where to begin. There's just too many things that Uma Sapna does right as well as the fact that it's location is awesome. Even the included breakfast is from Kilo restaurant which is exceptional as well. Just an overall dream sequence of a holiday we've had here!

Had a great stay at Tropicasa! Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Outdoor area was beautiful! The staff was lovely and made us delicious breakfast. The second day they couldn’t prepare breakfast due to Nyepi (Day of Silence) but they bought us groceries so we still had breakfast in the fridge. Theo was very helpful in everything we asked. Great service!
