Owners & Staff was amazing . I got sick the first day and the staff there was very helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than the check in time. It was a shared facilities eg toilet/shower , eating area but because I was sick the staff went out their ways and brought the food over to our rooms.

The hotel is inside a temple, the decoration of the property is incredible. The room is really comfortable, the bathroom is amazing, with hot water and good pressure. The best hotel we have stayed in Bali so far. We just stayed one night because we were moving but definitely would come back.

I absolutely loved the vibe in Puri as well as the wide range of activities that were offered there. Basically, theoretically one could not leave the place and still have a full schedule :D Very friendly, peaceful, and welcoming place.

Great resort just next to the jungle. Having a breakfast in the gazebo near the jungle tree tops is a great way to start the day. Restaurant makes some tasty food, no matter what is ordered.

Service in Bali is always at high level but this hotel will easily beat any other 5* hotel. They are super attentive and proactively solve any desires. I had an ankle injury, they drove me to the hospital and back at no price. They have good own Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices. Very good location and Ubud area transportation included.
