beautiful location and view. very friendly and professional staff. on our arrival we were not pleased with the comfort of the bed and were immediately approached by Less with 2 other options of which we picked one in which we stayed and enjoyed the rest of our stay. all the hotel staff is super professional and willing to help. they resolve any problem or request in minutes. Absolutely stunning hotel. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful bedroom suit. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were super friendly. Lovely little bar was a nice touch as well. Will definitely want to come back. Restaurants very close ,just 5 mins walk. The hotel is literally 10 walk to centre of Killarney.

it was an absolutely stunning stay! ~perfect beds and pillows! so comfy and soft, that you feel very energetic and fresh in the morning ~ great hot shower! lots of water! just amazing, everything you need after a long car drive ~ slippers, bath robes, ~the room is very warm and cosy ~exceptional view from the room and the breakfast buffet ~nice breakfast ~better book a n outdoor jacuzzi in advance
