I’ll stay at the Saint Regis was above excellence, it was my birthday and they provided us with a daily treat including an entire birthday cake, red roses, and greetings from all staff members. The beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced and the staff will go to lengths for you. Everything is sparkling clean and the rooms are beautiful, facilities in the hotel are excellent and there is even a bottle of champagne which is opened with a Sabre every day at 6 pm for a complimentary glass of champagne with guests.

Very well furnished. Clean hotel and the staff are super friendly. Location also is at a very safe place. Highly recommend. Check-in was smooth. Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good, away from traffic but not too far from hustle-bustle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritage Comfort Inn, this is my second stay at this property in last 2 years. The experience was amazing just like previous stay in Nov 2022. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for an outstanding stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the front desk staff efficiently handling my reservation.
I had arrived way before checkin time and the hotel occupancy was at full capacity but they somehow accommodated me in a room that was vacated under an hour back. Really thankful to hotel staff for this flexibility.
The room was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, with all the comforts and conveniences I could have asked for.
During my one week stay the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, whether it was arranging transportation, helping with luggage or ensuring that my room was always stocked with my preferred amenities.
Special thanks again to Mr Asif, Mr Farooq from reception, Mr Satish from restaurant and ever present and always smiling Mr Popat. You have made my trip memorable.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect.
