The hotel is nearby Gateway and the restaurent Bayview is facing the sea. It is a great value for money. Colaba causeway is also walking distance. The building seems old but from inside it is renovated and was very clean. The food was also nice. Great value for money deal.

Great value for money. Beautiful old building directly on the colaba causeway. Spacious rooms.
We had private bathrooms on the hallway, which were small but the showers were surprisingly good (both water pressure and temperature)
Breakfast is simple, just tea and toast served in the room.
Airco and wifi both worked properly.
