The staff were incredible. Any request i put forward was met immediately. They were so friendly and always saying hello. Will definitely stay here again! Ive stayed in a few other hotels in chennai but felt most comfortable here.

Very good stay.very polite employees especially Mr Pratyush Kumar. They gave us 2 hours more for check out free. Buffet restaurant was very good and breakfast as well. Location good and quiet.

It was great experience. Staffs were friendly but professional, room equipment was also great (especially it is important for me that they had bathtab in the room). In addition, they have a free autorickshaw from the hotel to phoenix mall so you can enjoy the shopping. I would recommend this hotel if you would like comfortable staying in chennai.
