Excellent/outstanding stay, it was super clean, the staff were simply amazing, the facility is exceptional. one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hospitality is next level, I cannot fault a single staff member who was not friendly or was a let down. A few staff to name. Priyanka at the restaurant was very thoughtful and considerate, Sourab at the restaurant was also very attentive and friendly. They actually made you feel so valued. Arshath (If I have got his name right) at the reception on night shifts was also amazing. Overall we checked into another 5 star hotel soon after Leela as it was closer to our requirements and the stay at Leela made the next stay well below the required mark. The breakfast is divine, it is extensive....The pool is huge and for the weather, you must take a dip and Kumar at the pool was also excellent to deal with.

I reached at 9am and my check in time was at 2pm. The staff was so kind and help me check in immediately and upgraded from deluxe room to suite room. I liked the breakfast so much, there was so many healthy varieties to choose and the food was really delicious. The room was very clean and big.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very good experience. The stay was definitely value for money. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything looked fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities were good, visitors were allowed, and the overall service was professional, which made the experience comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come to Chennai in the future.
