Dirty, ants all over and dusty.The hotel is a scam and the reviews are surely fake.They don't provide toiletries, drinking water or even 2 towels.Was fooled by the over 9 review score but honestly there is nothing good to write about the hotel. PLEASE STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Outstanding facilities for short or long term stays. Suites are excellent, very comfy & spacious. Coffee shop & restaurant added bonus to have when staying in serviced apartments. Definitely will stay again on my return visit.

I received a very warm welcome, my room and the whole hotel was clean and tidy. I asked for boiled eggs at breakfast and was so happy to receive the best boiled eggs I have had in India! It is the little things that make for a wonderful stay away from home. On another foodie point… omg the raw honey, just fabulous!! All members of staff were delightful, particularly Anil Daniel and Pratima at the Jiva Spa - the treatments I received were sublime.
