I absolutely loved my stay here, the location is perfect which is just 3 minutes walk from the helipad, The host was incredibly friendly and liked the community kitchen. The dorms and washroom are neat and clean, a wonderful and vibrant common area with a lot of board games to play.

Excellent property with excellent stuff! We moved from the main cliff to Magnolia Property and it was the best thing we did. The property is clean, well maintained and there is also a pool in the property but that most probably will not be needed as the sea is at 50m. Nijab and the rest of the team are excellent! We had a health issue with my wife and all of them were very supportive and assisted us a lot. Additionally there is an on sight restaurant which is totally fantastic. If you are looking for a tranquil accommodation near the Beach, this is the place.

Villa Akasa has been our favourite place in India. The rooms are beautiful, perfectly clean and spacious. The location is amazing and the staff is kind and helpful. We were sick and they took care of us. We loved having breakfast in the terrace and the open air shower!!! Highly recommend!

Very good staff and manager! Very helpfull. Clean beach (always) and clean very comfortable rooms. I can reccomend it! Place very good for people who looks very good quality. The best place in Varkala (about 20 mins from shops in Varkala Cliff).

I stayed here on two occasions recently. The bedrooms were excellent, very spacious, both had balconies, air-conditioning. All the comforts necessary in fact. Very courteous, pleasant and friendly staff.

Owner Sajeev and caretaker Vijayan looked after us really well during our stay. The location is fantastic - it's outside Varkala which is great if you are looking for somewhere away from the tourist crowds but bear the beach. There was a quiet beach nearby which we had almost to ourselves at times. Swimming in the sea as the sun went down was one of the highlights of our trip to India. The room was a good size with air con and a fan. Breakfast was served outside on the terrace. There is also a washing machine for guests which was really helpful for us as we are backpacking. We were lucky enough to have visited during a Hindu festival and saw plenty of free entertainment at the temple next door. Varkala is only a short tuktuk ride away and has all sorts of different restaurants and shops. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Property ,especially rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean, AC remote battery very weak so not able to adjust temperature, you can include tea/coffe along with breakfast, and Hot water is not available in the bathroom, appart from these concern, it's very good Property giving feel like Home
