Very easy check-in, and the location is close to the Bolzano train station, which is our base for hiking in Dolomites over the past few days without a car. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Location, room, lovely staff, tbh everything except the breakfast was nothing I would add again but it was fine just not for me.

We were in the Apartment - living room with TV, double and single bedrooms, kitchen with dining table and bathroom. All for a very reasonable rate. Modern and clean with good AC. Best breakfast buffet ever for those who like healthy tasty food. Wonderful staff will make you any kind of coffee you like as often as you like. Location is dead centre, but the room was very quiet. They have parking in a garage nearby for 10 euro a night.

The hotel is a real gem in a great location. Their level of attention and service is rarely found, we loved everything about it. We had a great room upgrade, they took care of us, our dog and our family that joined us for dinner. We will never look anywhere else next time we are in Bolzano, we have found our perfect place.
