It was beautiful and very clean. Very cool interior, the bathroom was very nicely done! The location couldn't be better. Right in the center but still quiet at night lovely! Even though we didn't meet any staff, the selfie check-in was very smooth and communication was very good.

The hotel is very central and close to the lake and the shops. The lady who checked us in was very attentive and made us comfortable after a long day travelling. She offered recommendation on where to eat and what to do. Our room had a balcony and was very luxurious. The breakfast was very tasty and of a high quality. It was truly a boutique experience.

We absolutely loved our room. Wow - the design, fixtures and even the washroom. It was right at the square which we would have a nightcap or dinner. Staff were very helpful with any of our questions. It was so nice that it is a small quaint hotel. I don't know how we got so lucky but we would definitely stay there again. Loved how secure it was too. No one could just walk in.

Location is amazing in front of Duomo di Como. Enough space in the rooms, the flat is very unique. I really enjoy it. They have coffee machine and complimentary ingredients for coffee or tea, so you just need to go downstairs to grab some breakfast, anyway in this location it is full of bakeries and etc.

The building is beautiful, set in a lovely square with restaurants and bars. Walking distance from the ferry. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great Paid palking a few minutes from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
