Beautiful clean, bright room. Fabulous shower and comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and responsive and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants (where we had the best pizza ever!) and guidance on areas to visit and transport. They really went above and beyond. The location of the property was great too. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

the location was easy walking distance to historical center & the seafront. comfortable room with large private terrace. several bottles of water in the fridge. management & staff were very responsive to our needs & questions - GianLuca is the best bnb host we’ve ever had! sent us links to many restaurants near the bnb (the 3 we tried were perfect!) very smooth checkin process, even meeting our taxi at the door! associate Nisha very friendly & helpful as well! couldn’t ask for more.

The host of the property Pasquel was very helpful, always there to answer any questions or assist, the location was great, very close to the metro station, port and the location of the Alibus to get the bus to the airport. The room was quite spacious, very clean, the spa bath was a nice touch. For breakfast you get voucher you can use at a nearby coffee, you get one pastry and one coffee.

Apartment is in a very good location, flaviano and his father alberto really went out of their way to help us during our stay. Parking was provided through a reserved spot in the resident permit zone, which was ideal for us as I was looking for a place to park my car without having to pay 30 EUR+ a night at a garage. The bonus was the tickets for breakfast that you could redeem at a cute little bar/cafe a stone's throw away from the place. Started to look forward to crema di cafe and white chocolate cornetto in the morning after the second day!

This place truly deserves a 10/10 rating compared to many hotels across Italy. The space has been beautifully renovated, featuring a comfortable mattress and excellent internet speed—perfect for remote work. The location is ideal, close to major attractions and a metro entrance. Room 3 offers stunning window views, allowing you to enjoy the lively surroundings from the comfort of your room. The amenities include a wall-mounted AC/heater, a spacious bathroom with great water pressure, and a well-decorated, roomy interior. Compared to other hotels in Italy, this is by far the best I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend booking here. My partner and I are already planning our return and will definitely stay here again.
