The location is great, in the heart of Naples, and our room had a view on the inner courtyard, so we weren't bothered with any sounds. The host Luigi was exceptional - the communication was great - Luigi was quick to answer and helpful with all the questions we had. Also, he made some great suggestions for places to visit and where to eat.

The place is clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful. They are responsive - even at night. Hosts will go above and beyond to serve you. Services are excellent. It's located close to all major sites. Everything is at a walking distance. Overall the stay was extremely comfortable.

So cozy and comfortable! Excellent location surrounded by restaurants, markets, Coffee. Amazing atention to the details, free water, soda and coffee which saved us on our first night. Umbrellas, local guide, everything you need! And they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage until afternoon after our checkout. Would love to book again there!

Lovely rooms and cool common areas with loads of nice art and design elements, and the manager/owner Lucio was so lovely and helpful. The rooms are on a very popular street, so it is not for early and light sleepers but I’m an easy sleeper and had absolutely no issues - actually enjoyed the hum of the locals having a late aperol out. When I arrived I got served a proper espresso and got lots of tips for the city. Would definitely come back!

Great location. Room very modern & clean, we were in room 2 which was huge. There is a very useful guide of Naples in the room. Vittorio is a great host, very friendly. There is a small communal area where you can make a coffee, a cold water fountain, lots of snacks to help yourself to. Right opposite is a great little bar called Drinks point, the guy who runs it is so lovely, definitely visit for an Aperol spritz or a beer. We also had a great little platter with mozzarell, olives, ham & salami here. We loved Naples, & loved B&B Spccanapoli 56. We'll be visiting again asap.
