Ludovico was extremely great. He showed us where to park and then helped us with our bags. Once in the property he detailed the places we should visit with our time and how to get to them.
The room was really nice, clean and quiet.
The rooms are close to the centre of Ragusa Ibla and the bus to higher Ragusa

What an interesting ´intervallo´ on the steps between Ragusa Ibla and Ragusa Upper - a place to stop and stay. What an adequate personal attention that a guest might vaguely expect in a hotel but that's not often met. In Intervallo this means easy Whatsup communication about arrival and meeting you at the nearby Piazza. You get a proper map with advice where to go, where to eat. The breakfast is full of local delicacies and is individually adjusted, incl. gluten free bread, muffin, cookies if requested. All this with a reasonable price - of course it was still in off-season. Taxi comes timely for taking you to the bus station, a fixed price (e15).
The eco awareness is truly observed but without causing any discomfort; the room is so comfortable with heating on and crisp clean bed sheets and towels. Filtered drinking water and tea making facilities are upstairs.

The location is excellent. You can get anywhere in Ragusa Ibla on foot from here. And the breakfast on the terrace is just great. It is such an authentic experience overlooking the lovely rooftops! There aren't many options for breakfast, but this is how Italians eat: something sweet plus a coffee, so, when in Rome, do as the Romans do :).
Rosita was extremely welcoming. We arrived after the check-in hours, and she sent me details of how we could get to our room, including a short clip of her walking up the stairs to our room. It was nice of her! Not to mention, I was in contact with her when we arrived; she checked the cameras, and there was a free parking spot right in front of the B&B. She sent me a screenshot to show me where to park the car. So helpful! :)
