This place was great. It was close to metros and easy to travel to and from. It is surrounded by several restaurants and shops that made our stay even easier. The apartment is clean, new, and stocked with plates, cups, coffee and tea. We needed an earlier checkin and the owner was so gracious in helping make that happen for us and was available if we had any questions.

The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you might need during your stay (even a first aid kit, that was really helpful)🤍 Although not in a central location, we were able to easily go to the centre via metro (Line A). It’s literally 3-4 minutes away. Also, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Will definitely choose Appia rooms once I’m in Rome again.

Very good location - very close to a metro station (less than 1 minute). Very big apartment with two rooms, two separate bathrooms and kitchen (cups, plates, etc - everything is needed for cooking provided). There were places to sleep for 5 people. Everything was clean. There were even tea, coffee, hair dryer, a lot of towels. The owner replied quickly and very politely. Communication was perfect. Self check-in. Very tasty cafe with croissants less than a minute from the appartment.

The place is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a metro station. The room has all you need, it's clean and cozy. The bed is very confortable. The breakfast includes fresh croissants, yogurts, butter, jam, honey, milk, cereals, bread, coffee, tea. The host was very helpful when we needed.
