It was better than we expected! Extremely clean. Beautiful. It had all the commodities: nespresso with capsules, infusions, boiler, excellent hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, washing machine, iron, and iron board.. just perfect. They even received us with a bottle of water, juice, and a beer. Excellent mattresses and pillows, everything brand new. 2 mins walk from Trastevere, and there's an excellent supermarket right next to the apartment. Netflix, Prime Video and movies on the TV. Will definitely book next time in Rome!

Spacious for the eight of us (two couples and a family of four), nicely furnished, remarkably well-equipped apartment. Supermarket, fast food eateries just round the corner. Slightly distant from the tourist sights, therefore a calm and safe area with the opportunity to see the locals. Excellent public transport connections. Host very helpful and prompt in communication. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment. Thanks for everything.

Everything is perfect. The host was lovely and kind, always considered our request. Helped us in any way, happy to stay in this beautiful guest house. Highly recommended, you will not regret. Area is accessible to buses going to metro. House is clean, with AC which very nice during summer, free tea and coffee. Spacious room and toilet.

Amazing location, short 2min walk to the tram, also close to the main station, 7min walk.Lovely area with cute restaurants and a grocery store. There is a market on Sunday 1min walk away. Host very helpful and responsive, thank you for the snacks !

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. There’s truly nothing negative to say. This place was perfect. Francesco was an exceptional host, welcoming us with a bottle of wine, beer, and thoughtful snacks. Breakfast was delicious and well-rounded, offering a generous variety that covered all the essentials of a complete meal. The bread, in particular, was fantastic. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a wardrobe with a safety box and iron. The room also had a small fridge with fresh water. The entire place was spotless and had every amenity we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Room as per pictures advertised.

The room was very beatiful, clean and comfortable. Elisia took care of everything possible...cookies, espresso and milk capsules, 3 diferrent fruit juices, robes in the bathroom, the central heating working... kisses in the morning .... parking for our car...everything perfect!!! We recomend this B&Ɓ with all our heart 🤩😍
