From the moment we arrived the staff was very warm and welcoming. Given it's the holiday season they offered insight into several events going on around the city we likely wouldn't have found on our own. The staff in the breakfast area, Raluca and Mark were very helpful, friendly and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Termini and there are many good restaurants in the area.

Everything about our stay was pèrfect. The receptionist kindly upgraded our reservation to a suite to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was absolutely beautiful. The staff throughout the hotel are the friendliest I have ever encountered, and went out of their way to ensure a great stay. The breakfast room was extremely well organised with an extensive range of foods. The Ambrosia restaurant is Michelin quality, and the cocktail barman is a genius.

Though we stayed for one night only, it was very pleasant to feel like special guests. We arrived very late, almost at 11:00 PM, and checked in very quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. We almost missed breakfast, but the staff kindly offered to extend the breakfast time for us. Everything was great. Thanks.

The BnB is remarkable and ranks with the best in our experience from all over the world. It is located close to the train station, (easy to airport)
but is in a nice quiet neighbourhood walkable to the heart of the sites or metro if needed. Huge room, massage chair, balcony, coffee/tea/cookies and a room service breakfast. A great restaurant close by (La Famiglia) that you can enjoy daily after a long day walking.
Friendly and very well organized. Delia made us feel at home, but was happy to provide us with our privacy. A+++++
