The stay was very pleasant, the location is great and it's close to the metro. The owners are very friendly and the house is very welcoming. I recommend it.

I booked the apartment for my parents for their vacations in Rome. And the stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and has an indoor balcony where you can enjoy coffee every morning. The apartment features a beautiful, modern renovation and includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. Right at the entrance to the complex, there is a lovely café where you can have a delicious breakfast. Supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance. The train and bus stations, as well as a metro station, are nearby. The host is very pleasant and was always available.

It’s splendid. Clean and comfortable. There’s a neat kitchen. A clean private bathroom and a comfy bed.

Bus and train are very close and good for travel

This is the first time I've stayed in an apartment while travelling... and I must say the place I booked exceeded my expectations! I always look for accommodations near subway stations (where applicable) or close to some of the city's main attractions (provided the price isn't too high) and with a rating of at least 8 out of 10. This being said, Aruna Suites is one of the best places I've ever stayed! You can reach the apartment by metro (no more than a 8-10 minute walk from the Quintiliani or Tiburtina metro stations) or by bus (2 lines run less than 100 meters near the apartament). The area is home to several apartment complexes, with various food and drinks establishments, as well as some mini and supermarkets. And, as one might expect, the prices for these restaurants are lower than one might find in the city center. In fact, this is where I had some of the best gelato of the entire trip. We stayed for 4 nights and the conditions were definitely above average (especially considering the amount payed). The apartment was clean, with modern amenities, a garden and an air conditioning unit. Hot water, towels, fresh sheets etc... all was well! I was very curious about the breakfast option for this type of room, but, upon arrival, I saw that the owner had filled the refrigerator with enough food to last us 4 meals x 4 people. Good planning! The inside temperature was perfect, the beds were pretty comfortable. The addition of the courtyard was interesting and gave us plenty of time to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Moreover, the host was very helpful, polite and comunicative, offering directions when needed. There is probably more to say, but I believe, all things considered, this might be one of the best places to stay in Rome!

Gianluca is a person passionate about what he does and this can be seen in the services offered, he waited for us at the location with small gifts from him. The excellent communication, gave us all the information we needed. The ideal accommodation for 3 – 4 people, with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Around the block there are enough parking spaces without payment, we parked in a place indicated by Gianluca and everything was fine in the 4 days. The metro station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. There are enough supermarkets, restaurants, bars around. The café bar from which you receive breakfast is very well stocked. We are glad to have met you, Gianluca!
