Staff was pleasant and quite polite. Location is excellent, at seafront, very close to vaporetto stops and easy to the right degree. Facilities are in very good shape, with comfy rooms, quiet, with excellent bed and a vey nice bathroom indeed. Breakfast without being sth exceptional was just right.
