Excellent location, we had the deluxe room with an excellent canal view. Breakfast fast and v good. The owners are most helpfull and take an interest as do all staff.It was a pleasure staying here and will consider it again if we travel to venice.

The hotel itself was elegantly appointed. The gold marble in our bathroom was really stunning. Our only complaint was that our bed, comprised of two twins pushed together, was too hard.
The staff, especially at the concierge were friendly and accommodating. The bartender and bar staff (Paolo & Jean-Luca) were fabulously entertaining! Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location, excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The boat taxi service is directly outside the hotel for quick, easy access to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, extremely comfortable bed that was needed after time walking around the city.

The location and comfort were excellent. However, the room advertised as having a canal view, for which I paid a premium price, required opening the window and leaning out to actually see the canal. Despite this, the bed and overall comfort of the room were great.
