location was great. very convenient to have the dock at the back of the hotel so the water taxi could drop us at the back door with our luggage. I was disappointed with the storage/wardrobe in our room, but after speaking to the front desk staff they moved us to a much better room & no extra charge! the breakfast was fantastic & all the staff very helpful. I’d happily recommend the Hotel Saturnia to anyone visiting Venice.

The hotel is one of the best in its category that I have ever experienced. In the Venice winter it is agreeably warm and the cleanliness is a noteworthy highlight. Its location is extraordinary: situated just a minute away from Piazza San Marco.
Opting for a rate that includes the breakfast, you will have a satisfactory meal in the morning to start your day, with a variety of fruits, bread, cheese, “prosciutto”, “salumi” and a choice of cappuccino, macchiatto, hot chocolate or tea.
A special mention must be made of Vito. He is the best concierge that you can find in Venice. He knows the best restaurants and will kindly make your reservations. He also has the best tips to enhance your stay and allow you to enjoy your trip in the best way. All the staff is very helpful and gentle, but Vito will make the difference. You can always rely on his assistance.

We found the hotel in location that is perfect for visiting Venice, in calm place with room quite and comfortable. Personnel very kind. Excellent location in Venice, just 5 minutes from St Mark's Square and 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge in it's own private courtyard. They offered an excellent continental breakfast with a very varied choice along with waiter service for beverages and cooked options. The rooms are comfortable with a safe, television and ensuite bathroom which has a rainfall power shower along with complimentary shampoo and shower gel. It also has a hairdryer and full length mirror. A really lovely hotel with very friendly staff who cannot do enough to make your stay a good one.
