Location is five minute walk to Saint Mark Square. many restaurants nearby. breakfast was very good especially the pumpkin seed bread. The room is clean and big enough [I got the standard room]. The staff was very helpful and finding me places to go and concerts to attend and reserve. there is a very nice and romantic terrace at the ground floor that looks directly on the canal. if you reserve a water taxi to the airport, it takes you directly from this Terrace to the airport.

The staff made our stay 100 times better! Attentive and helpful service, and little gifts at checkin and checkout are a nice touch. Andrea’s tips for places to visit are worth their weight in gold. It may look old, but for us, it reflected the true spirit of the city. It’s cozy and full of character. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, helpful, and smiling. It was a pleasure to interact with them. The breakfast was diverse and offered a wide selection, which is rare for Italy. We also had a kettle in our room, and after long days of trips and excursions, we enjoyed relaxing with tea in the evenings – a lovely touch!
