Room was spacious, with plenty of amenities. Outdoor baths were amazing in the winter, with snow-capped rocks surrounding the water, giving a sense of immersion. Buffet-style breakfast was great with high-quality items available. Plenty of space so it never felt too busy. Dinner was great too. Staff were very friendly. I have zero negative opinions about this place, which is rare.

We really enjoyed our stay. All were nice and helpful. From our total hokkaido travel it was our favourit hotel. We had an problem with our car and we got from the hotel great help. Thank you so much! You saved our holliday. We would always come back, if we are travel again to hokkaido.

Tranquil atmosphere. Distinguishly spacious room with a separate tatami area. Yukatas provided, as well as swimsuits for visiting the magnificent onsen (outdoor pool was mixed genders). Very wide selection of Asian breakfast treats.

Wonderfully maintained and new feeling place. Has a greatly tasteful traditional feel to the interior, while it feeling pristine and spotless. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food is wonderful and very plentiful.

The rooms are exquisite, very spacious and newly decorated. The onsen were also terrific, an incredibly authentic experience with robes also provided in the rooms. Lastly, the food was incredible. Breakfast and dinner with so many courses at such high quality they almost make the room feel like it’s free. Lastly I need to say an incredible thank you to the staff who went out of their way to help us when our friend broke his leg out running. They made sure we had a wheelchair and even drove us to the top of the mountain in order to have a simpler time accessing the bus to asahikawa

Super beautiful hotel, warm, functional, clean, comfortable. We loved everything, including the welcome drink and the complimentary onsen towel (although there is no onsen).
