The staff was great, they helped us deliver the phone my father forgot in the bullet train to the hostel, which at the Lost and Found office told us is going to be very difficult for an accomodation to do.
The place is very clean, showers are separated in sort of mini rooms so there is a lot of privacy. There are dyson hair dryers which was unexpected for a 2 star hostel.
The beds were comfortable as well.
Location is walking distance from the main station and was very practical.

I love everything about this hotel❤️ Def gonna come back again. The room is very spacious, and the beds are very comfy. The kitchen and washroom
are very modern!! They have a Dyson for your hair! Not to mention the coffee drip🥰 and drinking water. I recommend for family and bestie group.
Plus Hina the staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast set was also very yummy. I really love the jams and big soft bread.
The hotel location was very convenient as it is very near to Kyoto station and Aeon mall.

Very spacious accommodations! Beds were huge and lots of space to spread out after a long day of activities. We were able to get good nights rest and no outside street noise issues. Room handbook explained all you needed to know about the navigating room. Very helpful!
Location was great. Close to Kyoto Station, mall right next door where there was a grocery store, big food court, and shopping for any essentials.
Staff on hand at all times and was very friendly. Felt right at home there. We had luggage service and they placed in our room before we even arrived. Nice! Also assisted with luggage service after checkout.
Highly recommended and would stay there again!

The hotel is very close walking distance from kyoto station there are convinience store near the unit. The hotel is very clean very spacious we are a group of 3 but the room could probably fit 5 people. The hotel has everything you need, very clean and highly recommendable will surely stay here again next time we visit kyoto.
