this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Japan so far! I loved everything about this hotel. huge room with comfy beds, huge balcony (enjoying a drink while overlooking the city after a long day), huge bathroom (spent hours soaking in the massive tub) , courteous 24 hour staff, 7-eleven across the street, lawson's 2 blocks away, family mart about 3 blocks away, train station 6 minutes away, and don quijote 4 blocks away. there's an abundance of restaurants, izakayas, and bars in the area. don't feel like going out? enjoy the complementary alcohol in the lobby bar during certain hours. My friend and I were very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend

Our family stayed in a two-bedroom corner family suite on the 30th floor. The master (King size bed) bedroom had a full modern bath/ shower/ bidet attached. The second bedroom had a full size and twin bed with a very roomy shower attached. the main hall leading from the entrance to the sitting area had a toilet room with sink and large counter space for toiletries.
IHG’s location was amazing! With just a short walk from Osaka Station, we had easy access to restaurants, shops, and quick travel to surrounding areas like Nara and Kobe. Our family suite had a gorgeous corner view of Osaka that our younger boys (8, 11) loved it as well!

It’s the best possible locality right in the Osaka station itself . Accessibility for both trains and subway are super . Umeda station red line is just a 2 -5 minute walk . I just wish that they did have just 1 staff who spoke a little English at the information . Though the staff were super helpful .
