We had a peaceful and comfortable stay at Hakuunso. The traditional rooms were well-maintained, and the lady hostess was very sweet and accommodating. The outdoor onsens were also very beautiful. Would recommend!

I loved the staff’s hospitality; they were very helpful and courteous. The private onsen in the room was exceptional, available 24 hours a day for our convenience.

It was great to experience traditional Japanese inn(ryokan) and relax in onsen with many opportunities(private ones/for everyone devided by gender plus outside and inside) and of course private one. Food was delicious and even offered gluten-free options!
