Great location to Ueno station, 10 minute walk. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Easy Uber eats delivery. Staff were wonderful caring and understanding when we had flight issues. Organised bag transfers for us. Rooms were comfy for family of 4, beds comfy. Bunks for kids and a good seating area. Large size fridge and decent kitchenette.

Nice hotel, room was spacious by Tokyo standards, a very comfortable bed, and with an excellent shower. Staff were always helpful, and the breakfast was even better than I expected. Access to Ueno station on foot was quick and it took us 10 minutes to walk to the Skytrain (direct to Narita airport) which avoided us having to tackle Tokyo subway with luggage at peak time. The hotel was very quiet, but just around the corner was a street market and plenty of restaurants / shops.

This hotel is ideal for families - we stayed in a spacious tatami family suite. The kitchenette was incredibly handy for light meals, and the location is close to lots of convenience stores and walking distance to the Asakusa temple and tourist area. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks! The hotel is VERY clean and we especially loved the separate shower room from the bathroom/toilet so no wet bathrooms. :) If you are traveling with children, this hotel is ideal!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent! We stayed at 4 different hotels in japan and this was the biggest and nicest. Everything was very clean. The bathroom was also spacious. The air conditioning was working perfectly which is very Important during summer in tokyo. The staff was extremely friendly, helping us with storing our luggage and calling us a taxi. Highly recommended! An excellent place to stay and look forward to go back to and relax after a long day spent around Tokyo.

This hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Location was fantastic, especially for access to Kappabashi St for knives and kitchen wares. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, lovely shower and bath, very clean and we had an excellent view of Skytree from our window. Staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful to us a number of times over our 5 night stay. It was great to have a kitchenette to cook some meals as all our other accommodation hasn't had this so we've eaten out a lot. It also had a washing machine/dryer which was excellent to put in a couple of loads over the 5 days rather than wasting time at a laundromat.
