We were not expecting the bedroom to be so big. It was a great surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable. The residents lounge was a lovely place to grab a coffee while eating breakfast from the konbini down stairs. Close to many attractions and restaurants.

The reception staff were very pleasant, always had a smile on their faces when we arrived. Yamakawa and Tsuchiya communicated with us well in English, helped us with check in/check out and reservation of a Japanese restaurant which only spoke Japanese.
