WOW... absolute Luxury in Nairobi. One absolutely needs to stay there. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a luxurious experience. The staff are absolutely helpful. Purity at reception welcomed us so well . Aisha the General Manager was there to greet us as it was my birthday and had a handwritten note in my room. They made my experience world class. When we checked out Brian was absolutely amazing. I can't fault them for anything. The facilities in the hotel are modern and luxurious. What an amazing Hotel, and well worth the rate. I would literally go back to Nairobi just for a staycation in the Hotel.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was across the street from the UN. We had no issues and the staff was supportive. The check-in process could be better. The administration should have sent a clear email explaining how to check-in. I arrived at 2am and was very confused as the office was closed. Nevertheless, the security guards were very helpful in getting me settled in.
