The room was exceptional- big and airy, with new facilities comfy bed and hot water once I worked it out. As this is obviously a quite new building, that’s not unexpected. The staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be between my non-existent Khymer and their minimal English, but we worked it out. Hot water: I only used the hand-held in its bracket but, if you set both the pressure and temperature fairly low, you’ll get a good shower without getting scalded each time the pump kicks in (about every 10 seconds). Drainage: There’s a plug UNDER the drain grill. Remove them both and water drains properly.

The Plantation looks like a plantation with all the trees and palms. It is so pretty. The staff is great, very attention and polite. The rooms are big and has all necessities. The pool is awesome.

This hotel is indeed in reality a small resort in the busy town. The swimming pool and the spa are both excellent. The breakfast had many choices for all tastes and the restaurant itself was very pleasant to sit in.
