The room was cleaned everyday. We had clean towels and supply of toilet papers. The robes provided were great. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful whenever we request for taxi going to the Convensia. The location was great and we always felt safe walking around. There’s a lot of restaurants around the area and we just walk every day. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends when they visit Incheon.
