The facilities are very clean and comfortable.
They organize a lot of great events that allow people to socialize and meet other solo travelers which is amazing.
The staff is very friendly and interactive with the guests which creates a very enjoyable environment.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt like rock stars at all times. Our flights to Seoul were cancelled due to weather and they quickly arranged KTX tickets, itself an experience.

Apart from excellent rooms very good breakfast the view from floor 32 was stunning
The view fro our room really good blackout the same. Geting used to the light setting took somrtime
The staff out front at reception and otherwise left nothing to be desired.

I have been travelling to Korea since 2017, and out of all numerous places I have stayed in, this was the best accommodation I have experienced so far.
Everything is just perfect - an abudance of restaurants and cafes to go and things to see within a block. A 5-minute walk to Haeundae Beach and all the sightseeing spots surrounding it. It's also near the metro station.
Super clean, well equipped and silent. The private balcony was also amazing. No-contact check-in and out.
A great ratio between the price and quality. I will definitely stay here again.
