Mr. Shim is an excellent host. He is incredibly attentive and always there to help. We mentioned we wanted to ski and he made arrangements for us to rent the ski equipment at the Phoenix Ski Park. When we drove there, we were greeted so kindly and they even sorted our parking and sent us to the ski park and pick us up once we were done.

Room was lovely, directly at the bottom of the slope. We stayed in the sky standard room which was great and had an amazing view of the slopes too. Breakfast buffet was delicious too with lots of western options

I just had the most amazing stay! The house was surrounded by gorgeous snow, perfect for fun snow sledding with the kids. Our host was super friendly and welcoming, even treating us to delicious pajeon when we arrived. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the bidet, total game changer! Wonderful and helpful host although we communicated via Google translate. They also accommodated my request to have an iron in the room. The room was equipped with all necessities. Cozy bed, pleasant room and water temperature, spacious room, good view from the window and spotless clean. Not far from the bus stop. Bus #226 from/to Jinbu bus terminal. Nearby Odaesan NP and restaurants, approximately 500m.

Holiday Inn & Suites Alpensia Pyeongchang Suites is located at the foot of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics ski slopes.
