The views from the room were beautiful, the rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in Korea! The location is the best and there's a great variety of things to do and places to eat.

Mr. Shim is an excellent host. He is incredibly attentive and always there to help. We mentioned we wanted to ski and he made arrangements for us to rent the ski equipment at the Phoenix Ski Park. When we drove there, we were greeted so kindly and they even sorted our parking and sent us to the ski park and pick us up once we were done.

This was a great resort for what we needed - a clean spacious room - right next to the ski slopes. The staff were really nice and helped us order food.

Pyeongchang The White Hotel is located in Pyeongchang. Guest can skiing and the water park at Phoenix Pyeongchang Snow Park and Blue Canyon, only 1.3 km away from the hotel.

The White Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Phoenix Snow Park and a few restaurants - if you don't mind walking through the snow for 5-15min, make sure you have the proper boots and clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the big room had a SmartTV. But the best part was the view: STUNNING! There is a CU (convenience store) on floor B1, which is very helpful for getting snacks, drinks, and toiletries.

I just had the most amazing stay! The house was surrounded by gorgeous snow, perfect for fun snow sledding with the kids. Our host was super friendly and welcoming, even treating us to delicious pajeon when we arrived. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the bidet, total game changer! Can’t wait to come back for another round. Highly recommend! 🌟

Wonderful and helpful host although we communicated via Google translate. They also accommodated my request to have an iron in the room. The room was equipped with all necessities. Cozy bed, pleasant room and water temperature, spacious room, good view from the window and spotless clean. Not far from the bus stop. Bus #226 from/to Jinbu bus terminal. Nearby Odaesan NP and restaurants, approximately 500m.
