Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

The hotel location is excellent as most tourist spots are within reasonable walking distance. The breakfast selection was really good and the Rendezvous Bar was quite a nice place to relax at after a busy day. Rose and Jeremy are awesome in their jobs and very welcoming and helpful. Vinny from the reception was very helpful providing all the tips for a weekend city exploration. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms are big and clean, best of all, no smell of smoke at all. It's a short walk from the old city centre, which is very convenient. There is also a walkway underground to shorten the walk if needed
