The staff is wonderful. The rooms look just like the pictures. They are clean. The pool was open.The breakfast buffet was okay. The bathroom is amazing. The pool was open, but it was cold because of the weather. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful little apartment, very comfortable, big TV, equipped kitchen, everything you need for a convenient stay. Was able to book last minute and enter immediately which is great. Secure parking included, and there is a spacious rooftop gym which you have access to as well. Close to main roads in Guadalajara and fantastic view over the city.

For my shopping day at IKEA and Cith Market, this hotel was a great choice. Walking distance to both....and Shake Shack was an added bonus, located between the two stores. There was underground parking for a small nightly fee. Staff were great and my room was basic, but very comfortable.
