Raffael (the owner) and Dario are exceptionally helpful. This clean, comfortable hotel is an oasis of calm. We stayed 4 nights and coming back after a busy day was like coming home. I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice place! Clean Rooms, Lots of space, Big balcony and a fridge. A bit outside of tulum Center but very Quit and a Lot of Restaurants in Walking distance. It was an incredible stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, cozy and comfortable. We stayed for 3 weeks with our baby and we were so warmly treated every minute of our stay. Everyone ( Flor, Carlos, Carla, la Chiquitita the maintenance crew, the kitchen staff, Paola, even the cats and Pana) went above to make us feel welcomed. We were apprehensive at the beginning thinking it might not be a family friendly hotel but WE WERE WRONG. Truly our best stay in years. The team they've built is fun and warm and always willing to help and give relevant recommendations. We cannot recommend Sonido Del Mar enough <3
