The room was beautiful and well designed with kitchen and all the things you would need to cook including fridge w/freezer. beautiful rooftop and pool. a place to hang towel and bathing suit outside. check in and check out was easy, they helped me with my luggage carrying it up the stairs. housekeeping daily. it felt safe and protected. location was great near many good restaurants within walking distance. bicycle rental onsite. laundry service onsite. everything about UJO was well done and easy. the best thing of all was their excellent communication and service. they helped me w booking taxis and were patient with all my questions- super responsive. I think the best communication I’ve ever experienced anywhere. i was traveling solo for my first time in tulum and UJO made me feel welcomed, safe, & taken care of. I highly recommend UJO!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The owner is great and gives you lots of information about the area and places to eat (great food truck venue round the corner), trips etc and can send all by WhatsApp. The garden is incredibly peaceful and pool is a good size. Rooms are big and well laid out. Don't be put off that it looks to be further out from the center, it's still a comfortable walk and only 50pesos in a taxi to the other end of town

Hola, this is place is amazing. We enjoyed everything in this real boutique hotel where you are not too far from the beaches but you are in a pretty white area with a lot of silent and good vibe. All the staff is great and really polite, in particular, we got a lot of suggestions from Guido (you are the best). he is always very available and supportive in any requests/questions. Thanks Guido. We had good time in the swimming pool and restaurant thanks to Santos and his amazing margarita. Thank all for this amazing vacation.

The whole property is beautifully designed and well taken care of. We travelled for 4 weeks all over Mexico and Mimosa was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Especially the welcoming staff made us feel truly welcomed like we were at home. So if you need to recharge your batteries and have at the same time all the opportunities to discover all the wonderful things around tulum, this is a very good spot to do so. Should be called Don Diego de los Pájaros! I did my birdwatching with a cup of coffee at the pool. Imagine a collared aracari in this green oasis in a busy part of Tulum. Hosts were very nice and helpful, for instance with their maps of their favorite restaurants and the best attractions. Breakfast under the thatched roof is wonderful.
