We recieved an extremely warm welcome even though we ended up arriving far later than planned. The staff at Bao Sheng Durian Farm are lovely and they even brought our breakfast to the room when we were running late! Our stay was really pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway on the Penang Island!

Newly renovated apartment. Design is modern, clean, cosy and very comfortable. All furnitures and fridge looks very new. The lift go straight to our unit. Very private. Has a 180 degree balcony for viewing the surrounding building. Food stall and market within 5 mins walk. Value for money. Will stay again.

It was nice to be met when we arrived and shown around by the host, and to be allowed a slightly earlier checkin. The room had a good view over the pool and towards the beach and sea with a lovely sunset view too. Good location almost by the beach (apart from a row of containers but they were mostly hidden by trees) and near restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment was clean and really well set up, nicely furnished and had quality towels and linen. The pool was lovely.

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi.

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.

One of the best place i stayed so far in Penang.. Stayed for two nights. We even thought of extending our stay over there. The staff was very helpful and responsive on our request. Even assisted late at night.
