Beautiful hotel, great location to KL and also a 5 minute walk to the local shopping Malls and restaurants, so many places to eat and shop. The room was cleaned to a high standard, the staff were professional, kind and friendly. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The breakfast provided had an array of dishes, and was good quality.

Had a great stay at Royale Chulan The Curve! The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, and the bathroom had all the nice toiletries you'd expect. The staff were all really nice—from check-in to housekeeping and the restaurant crew. Shout out to the friendly doorman who gave us some great tips on what's around. Their breakfast was basic, but good, with options for both Western and Asian cuisine, which was nice. We only stayed one night to be close to Kidzania, but honestly, I wish we could've stayed longer. Being connected to the mall next door made shopping and dining a breeze. Overall, it was a relaxed and convenient stay, perfect for what we needed.

Best service I have received in Asia so far from Ali. He was always available if we had any questions or needed help. It shows that the right person at the right position can make a big difference. We liked his service so much, that we will come back in 10 days for a second stay. The room was very clean and very well maintained. Also worth mentioning is the gym. Very well equipped with good machines, free weight area. One of the best hotel gyms I have seen so far in Asia. Well maintained and it was a pleasure to workout there!
