The property was new when we arrived, I believe it had only opened a few days prior to our check-in, so everything was very clean and modern. The staff were exceptional, all so courteous and friendly. They helped us with everything, even booking a taxi for the morning to take us to the airport. The booking includes breakfast which consisted of fruits, pastries, tea and coffee. It was beautifully presented and tasted great! On our second night stay the air conditioning in the room did not work, but they moved our room without any complaints!

We went there for a work-related trip, so we made many different bookings from Aug 18th to Aug 30th, 2024! The staff was awesome in helping as with ALL needed arrangements, the hotel also has transportation services to/from hotel/airport, so that's very convenient. Breakfast is nice and cleaning services as well. It is located in a good area right in front of a shopping mall (where you can exchange money) and is surrounded by restaurants and cafés. At least for work/business trips this is an excellent option for your stay!

Did not take breakfast option as it was too expensive as all we wanted was coffee (which we had in the room) and a light pastry or toast…….went across to Gate Mall. Coffee pods in the room were good.
Did use room service and that was fairly quick and well presented and tasty.
The reception staff were very good, as were the managers Omar and (sorry forget….Ashraf?).
The concierge Fred, was extremely helpful with lots of good advice. So was Pavan who helped us move rooms in the early hours of the morning. Would definitely return here.
