Really beautiful hotel, nice surroundings, beautiful view of the harbour at night... Suprisingly quiet, we did not hear our neighbours at all. We received a warm welcome and were VERY happy with our stay.

It is very well located and for a small hotel it is very clean, very comfortable and cute. The bar and restaurant are excellent. Most importantly, ALL of the staff, without exception were polite, helpful and happy!

When approaching the villa it seems as if you enter a sanctuary from the busy streets of Amsterdam, with lots of open green area around the property. We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room which was honestly one of the biggest rooms we've stayed at in the Netherlands. It felt very luxurious and it was very comfortable. We unfortunately did not have time to visit the restaurant down stairs but it looked very nice, and it always seemed like there were quite a lot of people eating there. We arrived by bus, a bus stop is right across their driveway with busses travelling directly from Amsterdam Centraal, so it is easy to get there even without a vehicle.

We arrived earlier with other groups of friends, 2 rooms out of 3 were already available for checking in, it was a great surprise! Apart from that, the room is big, confortable, super clean, shower is great, they also offer coffee machine and capsules on the room, they have great amenities. Transporte is just by the door and goes to the citycenter every 20 min. Me my partner and other 8 friends had a great experience. We super reccomend. Thanks!

Very cute property, with lovely panoramic views of the canal and surrounding area. The property was well equipped, and we really liked the layout. Very comfy stay with surprisingly plenty of room for a small bridge house. Very easy to access the property with the staff being very helpful. Overall a fantastic stay!
