Exceptional stay! It exceeded all my expectations! Primarily, the level of service is over and beyond what we have experienced anywhere in the world. They will go the extra mile, even anticipating what you need. The facilities are superb and truly lives up to its name - a Shangri-la, a paradise. The restaurant outlets were equally world class and so unique! The manaagers of both the Rima and the Sirena were just so over and beyond what we expect in terms of customer service. Here, you feel very welcome. I don't normally write reviews, much less in these superlative terms but it deserved nothing less. We will definitely be back.

Very good level of service, wonderful buffet, nice private beach, pool party, dinners outside, spa... Everything was good.... after this hotel we stayed couple night in MOvenpick., hotel nearby.. No comments, the worst service i had in Asia, staff couldn't speak english.. Managers could't organize even small events...

One Hagdan blew us away. The villa itself is stunning, with spacious en-suite rooms, fully equipped with all you need. Great facilities and staff who went above and beyond everyday. Elgie the owner of the apartment was a fantastic host, as he provided me with instant answers to my questions and was a great resource for all that is Boracay Island. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen works well everything is new and we absolutely loved the pool and fitness room. A great private beach close by, it's an excellent place to stay for a week or for months. We stayed a month and would have loved to stay longer.

We loved everything, the condo unit was so nicely decorated and equipped, amazing views, beach nearby, staying away from touristic crowds. pool was amazing too ,not fancy and very simple, most amazing thing about it was we were many times the only guests using it. Also washing machine that my girlfriend really enjoyed using and ps3 with so many games was very nice addition. And balcony is just perfect with views. Best place if you want to see the amazing beauty of Boracay and at the same time escape the crowds.
