My partner and I stayed here for 3nights last Nov 14-17, 2022. We can say this is one of the best we've been to. It may not be a 5-star hotel but it's a 5 for us. I dont mind how huge or narrow the space a certain hotel has for their rooms, what matters is the comfort and tidiness. Which, for a fact, this hotel prepares. The location seemed safe. It is as well near to Ayala Mall, so it's totally okay. What amazed us the most is the "people" working in this place. All hotel staff (at the reception area, the housekeeping dept and the security guards) they are all well-mannered and professionals. Normally, Cebuanos speak strongly (even myself speak the dialect), yet these people are so soft spoken and they maintained decency in greeting and communicating with their guests to prevent misunderstandings. When we arrived late at night on the 14th and left the room early the next day, I remembered leaving the room quite a mess, but we came back with a well-cleaned room. Well, I wasn't that overwhelmed yet as I buttoned the housekeeping service before we left. What impressed us was when we left again the next day thinking our room would be ignored as we didn't actually notify anyone to have the room cleaned. However, when we went back, it was like stepping inside a room that hasn't been used yet and was well-kept. New bottled water and towels were placed, bed linen and sheets were neatly made, tissue papers refilled and things were arranged. It made us feel like VIPs.
