I liked the whole hotel ambiance, the entry, the lobby, corridors and the rooms off course. The guest attendant Ms. Ayesha was very cooperative and supportive. She always engaged with the guests for the services and any difficulties to be addressed immediately. Her attitude towards the guests was really remarkable and that left with a feel of familiarity with that place. I will always love to prefer Park Lane for my stay every time in Lahore.
